What to send

STL scans of both arches, bite registration, CBCT DICOM data for guided cases, patient photos and any clinical instructions.

Turnaround

From overnight on routine restorations up to 3 – 5 days for aligner setups and guided implant planning. Each service page lists its own turnaround.

Revisions

Standard cases: revisions included until approved. Clear aligners and full-arch cases: 1–3 revision rounds. Additional redesigns caused by new clinical instructions may be quoted separately.

We design 12 indications, from single crowns to full-arch rehabilitations.

Frequently asked questions

Which files do you need?: STL (or PLY) scans from any modern intraoral or lab scanner, including the antagonist and bite where occlusion matters. For surgical guides we also need the CBCT as DICOM, plus the implant system and guided kit you use. Photos and a short prescription help for aesthetic cases.
How fast is the turnaround?: Routine single units such as crowns, trays and night guards are usually designed overnight when the files arrive by the end of the day. Larger cases — full arches, implant bars, combination cases — take longer, and we confirm the turnaround with the quote before we start.
How does payment work?: You see preview images of the finished design first. We then send a personal case link where you pay securely by card, and the final files unlock for download as soon as the payment is completed.
Are my patient files kept confidential?: Yes. Files are stored privately, used only to design your case, and are never shared. We only need anonymised scans — no patient names are required.
Is there a minimum order or contract?: No. You can send a single case to try us, and continue case by case. There is no contract or monthly commitment.
