Privacy policy
This policy explains what information DM Dental Design receives when you contact us or send a case, and how we use it.
Information we receive
When you send a case we receive the files and details you choose to share: intraoral scans, CBCT data, photographs, clinical instructions and your contact details. We do not collect this information from any other source.
How we use it
Case data is used only to produce the design you requested and to communicate with you about it. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties other than the tools required to deliver the design.
Retention and deletion
Case files are retained so that revisions and repeat work remain possible. You can ask us to delete a case, or all of your data, at any time by e-mailing info@dmdentaldesign.com.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data we hold about you. Write to info@dmdentaldesign.com and we will respond.
This page describes our current practice. If your organisation requires a signed data processing agreement, contact us and we will provide one.
